Are some bloggy friends still suffering with the heat? I ran across this short video (1 min.) that Cody and I made last winter. Song is by Granddaughter, Ashly. It'll cool you off and give you a little preview of what's to come..... well, for some of you.

P.S If you need more cooling off, check out Chuck's Apocalypse Now .
Awwww - am at work so can't hear the music - but Cody is looking GREAT!!!! Awww no, not snow, not yet!!! LOL!!!

I'm certain Montana gets a lot more snow than the Southwest!
ReplyDeleteI will miss the heat. I much prefer it to cold which I barely tolerate. Just thinking about summer ending makes me sad.
ReplyDeleteHi Manza .. gosh is that coming our way again .. I sincerely hope not! Fun video with Cody .. but excellent song by Ashly - talented grandaughter .. enjoy the weekend .. Hilary
ReplyDeleteLove the music hate the snow.
ReplyDeleteADORABLE!!! loved it! i'm already sweating here today and it's only 7 a.m. :)

ReplyDeleteLove the music, her voice and LOVE the snow. I feel much cooler thank you. Cody has definite rhythm and you have a really good arm. Nice toss.
ReplyDeleteNow just get Sam Elliot involved and -----.
Who thought we would wish for just a day of the February snow we had earlier this year. You have inspired me to repost my own video similar in nature. Come check it out!
ReplyDeleteKitty : Not really. This is the Poor Man's AC. Ha Ha
ReplyDeleteSuze : We get our share and I think the share of other states. LOL
Karen : You and me both. Geez I hate to see summer leave us.
Hilary : I hope it's just one of those far-ahead previews. I'm sure not ready for it. Never did my snow blower put away. :)
Delores : Hey, I'm on your side.
Tex Wis Girl : Thanks. Then check out Chuck's at Apackalipsnow.blogspot.com/ I added his link after you commented. More AC.
Patti : Thanks. Happy to oblige. I'm doing a romantic video and thinking of getting Sam for leading man and wondering if you want the role of leading lady. LOL
Chuck : WOW we are going to cool off a lot of bloggers. I got your link added. Thanks, Chuck
This is like the third "Yeah, Winter" post I've come across. What's up? I'm not in any hurry.
ReplyDeleteIt's hot, but after a zillion years in Northern New Hampshire, I'll take hot. I am now officially a weather wimp.
ReplyDeleteHola, Manza, (again.) Just saw your comment on JJ's blog and just wanted to say that I really liked it. You are one-of-a-kind, my girl.
ReplyDeleteWe've had a warm summer but the brutal winter is still pretty fresh in my brain so I'm not complaining.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your kind comment regarding my neice.
Cute dog. Hey, your granddaughter is one talented person.
ReplyDeleteYour granddaughter has a good voice! I'm afraid to think about winter, I fear it may be a bad one. And someone needs to teach me how to throw a frisbee that well. :)

Can't view the video, but prefer cold to hot.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the shout out!
ReplyDeleteCute!! Yep, I'm cooled off now. Thanks! :-)
ReplyDeleteCute!! Yep, I'm cooled off now. Thanks! :-)
ReplyDeleteOh, yes! I needed that! Thanks so much. Now I just need to bottle some of this heat and save it for mid-January.
ReplyDeleteI wish Mother Nature believed in averages.
Giggles and Guns : I'm with you. Seems like we have winter year around.
ReplyDeleteJJ : Me too when I lived in Florida. We had to go to Savannah in Jan. and everyone from Florida was wearing long Johns and shivering. And... it's not really cold in Savannah.
Suze : Hola to you Sweetie. Thank you for your generous comment.
Joyce : It actually has been a very short summer in Montana too. Got off to a slow, cold, rainy start.
Angela : Thanks. She plays violin too. Only she plays country so I guess it's then called a fiddle.
Jules : Use the cloth ones. They sail through the air better.
ReplyDeleteKitty : I was going for "short." I didn't think anyone really wanted to watch a dog catch a frisbee. LOL
Anthony : Oh that is too bad. It's just a dog catching a frisbee in the snow but one of my Granddaughter's songs from her new CD is playing background.
Chuck : We'll do it again some time.
Coreen : You're welcome. Any time you need to cool off. :)
Bryce : I guess Mother Nature smiled with average in mind in a few states...I can't figure out the ones, though. :)
Great dog! Where can I buy your granddaughter's CD? I love her voice!
ReplyDeleteAwww...so cute :), Miriam@Meatless Meals For Meat Eaters
ReplyDeleteNot looking forward to another New England Winter...but will grin and bear it when the time comes.
ReplyDeleteLoved the video, tho!
xoxoxo, cd
Brrrrrrrr! I certainly don't need any cooling off here in London!
ReplyDeleteLoved the music, the happy dog, and the heat relief. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteWell one thing is for sure. Cody doesn't seem to mind the cold one little bit.
ReplyDeleteYour Granddaughter has a beautiful voice.
Not much heat this summer here in PNW, but I LOVE the video! Australian Shepherd...right?! Talented grdau...for sure!! Happy dog, happy song! Thanks for the totally fun, smiling, toe-tapping 1:12 !!!!

Yep, we're still burning up here in Texas. If this keeps up the whole state may blow away...Thanks for the cool video!
ReplyDeleteFishducky : Thanks. That song is from her new CD. I'll email you.
ReplyDeleteMiriam : Thanks for stopping to get cool. :)
Clare : Yes, both of us always have a lot of snow to shovel. Stay away. Stay away.
Talli : You have a sophisticated background to go with your cold. :)
Carol : I know how much you love dogs, too.
Terry : No but she afraid of lightening.
Elizabeth : Thanks for adding such a positive, sunny comment. Little Aussie, she is.
ReplyDeleteriva'l : Thank you for visiting. I'll be by to see you.
Bish : You poor Texans. I guess you could write a book about hot weather. Aren't you glad you have your new AC installed. :)
It looks refreshing, but then if I were cold I'd be wishing for summer heat. Thank goodness for the happy medium we have in Los Angeles most of the year.

Tossing It Out
Hi friend. Sorry it's been so long. I was just cooling off at Apocalypse now and he linked to this very cool post. I hope you're well. Your dog is amazingly fast and a great catcher. Your granddaughter has a wonderful voice.
