The Stash With Abash

The old Toker, Willie Nelson.  Whatta Guy

Willie does what he wants to do, dress as he wants to dress and
smokes what he wants to smoke. If he goes to prison for a while,
so what. At least he's his own person and look at all the lingering
songs he's given to the world.

He's right, you know. Marijuana is one of the all-time greatest
medicinal plants ever grown in North America. I can't think of
anything that it WON'T cure.  Actually it's the oil that is used
for healing. It was at one time legal in MT but the yayhoo
governor revoked it after it was voted in by the people. Now,
when it's put on a ballot, it gets rejected by the big pharma
worshipers.

I'm considering driving to CO to visit Marilyn and spend some
time taking advantage of the healing properties of the oil for
my skin cancer and glaucoma.

As I was looking at the presidential hopefuls, I at one time
was carefully scrutinizing Dr Ben Carson.....intelligent, soft-spoken
Ben until he said he supported mandatory vaccinations and
wanted a more extensive war on drugs. That did it for me. Bye
bye Ben. It only proves he's tightly in bed with big pharma and
probably even drives one of those BMW's Daddy Pharma gives
away to doctors at the big freebie conventions.  As a doctor I
thought that Ben would especially value the merits of hemp.

I just saw a video on hemp oil by an elderly seasoned grower
of the precious medicine who lives in Nova Scotia. (Pat, there
ya go) but he was afraid Canada would be closing them down
soon, too. Too bad. The governments want all the money for
themselves. Ha

I wish Willie was my neighbor. I bet he has a good stash and
it would be heavenly to listen to him sing too.  Deam on.....

Do you have any definite views on legal hemp. I just bet
you do. Wanna share?

  1. I don't like my 17 yo son smoking it, but he can get it if he wants. I think it should be controlled just like any drug, if you are going to take a toke you should know how strong the stuff is and if it is pure or doctored. I think you should just grow your own, it's just a weed, and I love Willie!!

I don't like to see anyone altering their personality by putting substances into their body but...... there are always buts. I have seen people relieved of intense pain by pot. I have heard that the recreational stuff they use now isn't the same as when we used to pick it wild back in South Dakota...Ha That was a long time ago.
      Yes, Willie's a legend.

  2. I've read here before how hemp oil took care of your skin cancer. I remember thinking at the time it was a shame that so little is publicly known about the benefits of the oil. Of course, big pharma is probably responsible for that, too. Hate for people to cure their cancer at very little cost naturally. For myself, I'm not fond of smoking anything. BUT, I'd love to have some quality hemp oil around for... whatever. It could be a huge sensation amongst those who love Essential Oils!

Yup it's always big pharma. The reason I still stick to the old timey cures is because I remember them from when that was all we had and THEY WORKED. Any thing that really heals, the big pharma has taken away from the public. Too bad and it turnes innocent people into criminals, when they are just trying to get well.

  3. Oh no! Sorry about your skin cancer and glaucoma. If the hemp oil works, it works. I'm all for people using certain "substances" for health purposes. Its using drugs for recreational purposes that starts blurring lines. I like people that know who they are and walks to the beat of their own drum. I hope to be free like that someday. Please, take care.

I am also against getting high just for kicks and that also includes alcohol for me. I never care what others do or put into their bodies as that can be their free choice. You, Murees, are doing just more than fine.

  4. Hemp makes me itch like crazy, like I have fleas lol so I avoid that. Never knew there was one here. The oil should be legal everywhere and screw the damn big pharma idiots. It can do wonders for cancer, if you have the right kind of oil, some of the lower tier stuff does nothing much. As for smoking it, I've seen that make people dumber and it can still give lung cancer. Cure is thrown around loosely though, it's not the end all and be all that pot heads try and preach. Takes more than just oil, they have to eat right and get off their arse too and such.

Willie has the dough to get a good lawyer and stay out of jail lol so he can do what he wants. The U.S. has 25% of the world's inmates and not even what? 5% of the world's population? That is pathetic. They can't have legal weed because then the corporate prisons won't fill up with so called criminals as easy. Can't have that. And of course the poor poor cancer industry will suffer. Pffft.

I can see you doing the heeby jeeby dance trying to scratch where it itches. No hemp for you! I really wish pot was legal here as I've wanted to try to make the oil. See if you can find that vid of the old guy from your neck of the woods and his remarks. He makes the oil and gives it away and I don't think he's lying from the looks of the way he lives. (Lives like me..hahaha Drives an old pick up like mine) No, smoking it is terrible for the throat. Marilyn's sister in law was dying of cancer and the only thing that gave her any peace from the pain was putting it in brownies.
But Willie has been in prison.... I don't know for how long but I do recall he was. I like old dudes like that. They're not scared and jump at every shadow. Corporate pussies, that's what they are. I know I put this story up a long time ago.
And old friend of Marilyn's played piano during cocktail time at a bar. He was a talented guy with a personality like Willies. He always put his drink on top of the piano. A young corporate guy
was just hired as supervisor. He saw the drink on the piano and came rushing over, blustering with authority, " You know you I told you not to put your drink on the piano." Old guy said, " Oh
yeah, Corporate Pussy." The young guy said, "I'm marking you up and you get 3 chances and if you call me that one more time, you're fired." Old guy replied with, "Corporate Pussy, Corporate Pussy, Corporate Pussy and I quit." Picked up his drink and walked out.

  5. Legalizing m.J. goes back and forth here. Prescribing it for medical needs is examined very careful. Dr.s are hesitant because their name goes on "the" list, which means all their prescriptions will be watched.
It has been proven to be a pain reliever for cancer patients, glaucoma pain, and other stuff.
How do I feel? Before my mother went into a care facility, she lived in constant pain. I asked who three boys outside and what were they doing. She knew their names, their parents, and their ancestors. She also wondered if she could buy some m.j. for her pain. Now I regret that I didn't step out and get some for her.
No idea what comes next. Everything is one big mess.

    1. Susan,
That is so sad. I really feel so badly for your Mom. You see if something as harmless as a little pot can make an older person feel better as they are dying the great harm is in the government and big pharma. I don't like to see the kids use it recreationally because it does seem to take away the ambition and lord knows the kids are lazy enough.
It is a mess, I agree.

  6. I don't like to rain on anyone's parade, but I believe in mandatory vaccinations. They're very effective against the contagious diseases that swept the world many years ago. Measles, smallpox, polio and so on. These have been almost completely wiped out, but if enough people don't vaccinate their children and be vaccinated themselves, the diseases will come back. Just look at the recent epidemics of whooping cough which has killed several babies. And what about diptheria? Do you really want us to go back to a time when babies choked to death from diptheria?
Marijuana has its uses, but I wouldn't count on it to stop a case of measles, mumps or chicken pox from sweeping through a school.

If I wanted to go back to anything, it would be during the 20's when Dr. Royal Rife invented (discovered) frequency healings. Everything has a frequency and if one uses the same frequency, any disease can be healed. Healings can be done long distance, or pandemics (like ebola) can be healed by using a remote device with clippings of fingernails that will find the person by DNA. It is truly accurate and works but outlawed by the government because it doesn't put ca-ching in the corp coffers. (But the vaccinations do) Frequency healings are used in your country right now, but it all has to be "sub rosa."Look it up.
I wish you wll and I value your opinion.

  7. P.S. how is your skin cancer?
IS the hemp oil curing it?
    Or just alleviating symptoms?

When I wrote about Hemp oil before for my skin cancer, it was not the real stuff.... just the commercial hemp oil. That does not have the ingredients that are strong enough to heal but I'm sure if I used the "real" thing, it would cure it. It seems to stay about the same..... sometimes it gets aggressive but is relieved by certain substances but eventually returns. It is close to my eye or I would use black salve which is blood root plant. I know that works too as it goes right in and pulls out the root. I seen it work and I think cutting it out like doctors do, always leaves some roots and it eventually returns. So far I've just left it alone and the odd thing, it seems to bother other people more than it does me. Hahaha Thanks for asking.

  8. Skin cancer and glaucoma! I hope Mary Jane helps. Do you apply it to the skin, as well as smoke it? I'd like to see it legalized. It's been many years since I smoked some. It helped me get through bouts of depression.

  9. Hi Manzanita - I admire you for trying holistic remedies ... and I'm sure they do heal. I don't know what I'd do ... but I'm just glad I don't smoke, or take drugs - sadly some alcohol ... but not enough to worry about.

Good for you all you do to help yourself - cheers Hilary

I've just always done the same thing for healing that I've always done from the time I was a babe. It's not new to me, but the allopathic stuff is new and scary to me. I'm just old-fashioned. LOL I have a Libertarian mind and just want people to be able to choose what they want.

  13. Hi Manzanita,

After I finish this comment, I'm going to roll up a joint. While smoking the joint I shall listen to Willie's version of "On the Toad again!" That's right, isn't it? :)

It does have some amazing healing qualities and I would hope the oils would be of benefit to you.

    Have a nice weekend, Manzanita.

If you do, I hope it cures lots of ills inplace of taking lots
of pills. But I know what you mean.
I also hope your days are brighted by the warm sun...
that is the same warm sun that is melting some of our snow over here. Wasn't that a song in some world war... Oh that was
"Over there.' Time to go outside and watch the snow melt.
      LOL
      Thanks for dropping by.

The only downside to legal pot is that keeping stores stocked with snack food will be nearly impossible.

  15. It was legal when I lived in Michigan for awhile. It was strange to go in a shopping center and smell it from the shoppes while walking past. I don't think it's legal there anymore.

  17. Visiting you from somewhere else. I'm enjoying your writing. I live in CO where marijuana has been legal for awhile now. I think in a Nation where we have people driving drunk and others stoned on pharmaceuticals, why not? If I ever have a painful medical condition, I'll be the white-haired old lady in line.
